Scale check and announcements: 6:15AM to 6:45AM Start Time: 7:00AM to 12:00 PM Location: Papago Park/Evelyn Hallman/Canal between ponds included. Refer to pic below for area of canal that can be fished. Admins this season: Chris Miklavcic Stephen Jackson Michael Galindo Juan Diaz Marcus Caruss RULES: Events will be 6 hours unless otherwise noted. *Events may be subject to change at anytime due to admin availability No Prefishing 7 days before a tournament unless otherwise specified by admin. Annual membership fee is $20 per person. (See above on how to pay membership) www.fishtourneys.com. All money collected gets paid back for AOY prize money and raffles! Admins keep 0%! $20 entry fee with $10 big fish OPTION. Paid cash at the event. Final weight is a persons 3 biggest fish. Digital scale that reads down to hundredths is required. No more scales that measure in OZ’s. Scales will be checked prior to events, with a sticker on it to verify it is good. **Video of scale zeroed out, with you putting the fish on the scale with the final weight. 1 picture of the WHOLE fish on the scale must be uploaded as well. Admins check and verify videos and pictures at the end of the event. Cash payouts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Sponsor prizes for 4th and 5th. Admins will cover rules and questions prior to the start of each event. Be on time as this will be enforced. **Rule change - Everyone will be still be required to do a video of the scale at 0 to final weight on scale. YOU WILL NOT have to upload the video to the website. Only a picture of the fish on the scale. Admins will then review only top 5 finalist's videos for confirmation. This will help speed up the process at the end of the event. It will also help keep people from moving in others spots durning the event. ***Rule update - If your fish is not uploaded by the end of tourney it does not count. If you have any phone service issues uploading fish onto the site before end of tourney then contact Admin. Issue examples: No service, slow service. If you catch a fish at the last minute you must take a photo of it in your possession before end of the tournament. Meaning you have to have it in your hand not just on the ground. The photo must have a time stamp of the fish in hand before the end of the tournament. IMMEDIATELY CONTACT AN ADMIN. Then do your normal photograph of whole fish with weight and video. Any issues uploading let an Admin know ASAP. We will review the photo and video confirm the time stamp and that it meets the normal requirements for it to count. |
